We designed a new $11.5m campus for the Monroe County Mississippi Electric Power Association consisting of four buildings on 15-acres: including a 55,000 square foot Administration/Warehouse Building that features all public access via the Lobby to Customer Service and Tellers, and a Community Room and attached Catering Kitchen to provide for community functions as well as overflow service space during a county disaster. Also included on the site are an attached Warehouse providing 14 vehicle servicing bays, a Shop, Storage Shed, Radio Shack and Tower, Fuel Station and pole and transformer yard. Wrought and chain-link fencing secures the entire site with card access, controlled door and gates.
