We were chosen by Lucite International to replace the roof at their Memphis facility. The project included site verification of the existing conditions, determining the best solution to issues, a complete re-design of the roofing system and administering the construction of the project (site visits and shop drawings). The design for this project included a complete tear off and then the application of a new Modified Bitumen Roofing system. Other design features include new scuppers, downspouts, metal copings, 2 entry canopies, 2 wall ladders, and a new innovative keyguard handrail system around the entire perimeter of the building.
