Can a contaminated site be remediated for a new use?
Our Houston office serves many environmental clients, which present various challenges to the team. There are many variables to be taken into consideration including the type and level of #contamination, the previous use and the proposed new use, among others.
In the example below, a contaminated site was capped using engineering controls so the former refinery property (left) could be re-purposed for use as a golf course (right).
