Overnight on Friday 10, December 2021, an EF-3 tornado travelled from the city of Newbern, TN through Middle Tennessee leaving a wake of destruction. Newbern Electric sustained significant damage from the storm system. Our Electrical Engineers were on site that morning over the weekend to assess and temporarily repair damage in order to restore power to the community in a timely fashion. HV Sales and Global Power Components also heeded the call for help and we partnered together to design, construct and energize a permanent solution to restore power to Newbern Electric’s values customers. On Monday, May 16, 2022 that goal was achieved and Newbern Electric was energized! Thanks to all for their assistance with this important project!
