Construction is underway at the Memphis Fire Department Headquarters located at 2670 Avery Avenue. Fisher Arnold provided surveying, site engineering and landscape design services for the site which involved the placement of and infrastructure design for the 8,400 sq. ft. building and associated 8,750 sq. ft. parking garage.
Every project comes with its own challenges and we were able to work around a fiber optic line that serves 911, facilitate the relocation of a major water line which ran through the proposed building footprint, and obtain the necessary ADA accessible grades while working with existing improvement grades.
