Fisher Arnold engineers responded on Sunday to inspect structural damage to a commercial building following the tornado outbreak across Northeast Arkansas on Saturday night. The National Weather Service confirmed that the EF-1 tornadoes in Mississippi County impacted the communities of Kaiser and Osceola, AR. Several people were injured, and thankfully there were no fatalities.
