Fisher Arnold congratulates Brian King, PE, on receiving two prestigious awards at this year’s Engineers Week Kickoff Luncheon.
Memphis-Area Joint Engineers Council (MJEC) is an umbrella organization for 17 engineering societies and educational institutions in the Memphis area. Each year MJEC recognizes Featured Engineers from its member societies. Brian, a member of our Electrical Engineering team, was selected by the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) as its Featured Engineer and was honored at a ceremony held on Wednesday, February 12 at the University of Memphis Holiday Inn.
In addition to the Featured Engineer award, Brian was also selected as this year’s recipient of the MJEC Award of Excellence. This award recognizes one person from the entire engineering community, with the 17 member societies submitting nominations. The winner is selected based on education, professional accomplishments and recognition, contributions to the profession, contributions to associations and societies, and humanitarian and civic activities.
