Jeff Arnold, PE, President/CEO
Mr. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
For over 30 years he has provided leadership, vision, and guidance while also serving as project advisor on numerous projects within the various disciplines of the firm. As a mentor, a leader, and an engineer, he brings that unique combination of talent to the challenge of maintaining and nurturing our most important company asset…our people.
Rick Gafford, PE, Executive Vice President
Mr. Gafford holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the multiple states.
Rick is responsible for overseeing all transportation-related projects. Rick has served a Vice-President or Principal-in-Charge for over twenty five years on multiple roadway, airport, and general civil-type projects. He manages our staff of transportation engineers, technicians, and surveyors and is responsible for overseeing roadway design, traffic studies, traffic signal design, and all transportation projects.
Tim Verner, PE, Senior Vice President
Mr. Verner holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. He is also a member of Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and holds a leadership position in American Council of Engineering Compaines of Tennessee (ACEC-TN) as the Co-Chair of the Business Practices Committee. Tim joined the Fisher Arnold team in 1985 and is currently responsible for all water resources, civil engineering, land development, land planning, and surveying services within the organization.
Stan Moore, PE, Senior Vice President
Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. Stan is a Senior Member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and has served in various positions. He is also on National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) committee for overhead lines. Stan has served as Project Manager, Department Head, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Project Engineer on numerous projects.
Keith Budlong, PE, Executive Vice President
Mr. Budlong holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
For over 25 years, Keith has led all aspects of planning, analytics, design, construction engineering, testing, and operations assistance for municipalities, cooperatives, federal and state agencies, and industries with medium and high voltage electrical, natural gas, water, wastewater, and communications facilities. After working at a utility and in consulting for many years, Keith founded MidSouth Utility Consultants along with three senior partners and then led its growth as a top quality provider of utility consulting services, performed by teams of professionals committed to honoring God and serving people. MidSouth Utility Consultants merged with Fisher Arnold in 2017, to create one stronger group of professionals who can together provide even better service to our customers.
Steve Jones, Senior Vice President
Steve joined the Fisher Arnold team in 2010 and has more than 25 years in the technical/industrial marketing and business development arena.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Project Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Science in Instrumentation Engineering from State Technical Institute at Memphis. In the role of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) he mentors our corporate growth initiatives and inspires our Marketing and Business Development team in the development of strategic business partnerships, key relationships, innovation proposal solutions, and execution of effective marketing deliverables.
