  • Inspection/Planning/Project Oversight

A Brownfield is a property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant. It is estimated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that there are more than 450,000 Brownfields in the U.S.
Fisher Arnold has responded to the Brownfields movement by providing engineering and geological studies for impaired property, which are required by state agencies seeking to adhere to the federal program.
With an expert staff of engineers and geologists, Fisher Arnold has demonstrated a keen understanding of regulatory negotiations with respect to successful remediation projects. As a licensed contractor, Fisher Arnold understands the complexities of building remedial systems, as well as difficult earth-moving projects.
