We provided site civil design, construction documents, preparation of landscape and greenbelt plans, coordination with architects, and assistance with obtaining governmental approvals for this new 110, 000 SF office building housed on 10 acres in Germantown, Tennessee. Utilized by UT Medical Group for the West Cancer Center – East Campus, the facility was prepared in conjunction with brg3s Architects, and a portion of the site was designated as Germantown Greenbelt. The facility’s design concept used the materiality of space to signify way finding including areas of circulation versus areas of waiting and also clearly delineating clinic entries and areas of interest.
