The Schilling Farms Water Tower District encompasses the northwestern most 53.78-acres of a 450-acre mixed-use development in Collierville, Tennessee, which will consist of multi-family, retail, office, and other commercial uses.  Our work on Phase 60 of Schilling Farms consists of mass grading of this entire area, along with the first section of Principle Avenue, which will run parallel to the railroad tracks from Schilling Farms West westward to a future connection of Porter Farms.  We are currently working with the developer to provide site engineering on Phase 67, which involves a 256-unit multi-family development with mixed retail and office uses.
