Magnolia Electric ESA & NEPA


The approximately 96-acre privately owned project site has been identified as a potential site for the development of a new headquarters facility for the Magnolia Electric Power Association. The property consists of undeveloped forest land with approximately 0.57 miles of road frontage along the northeast side of Highway98. The plans for the headquarters facility include construction of office buildings, service vehicle parking and maintenance areas, and equipment storage. Preliminary plans indicate approximately half of the 96-acre site will be developed, with only half of the area under pavement or gravel.
