We prepared construction plans and specifications, provided construction management, and commissioning for the new $3m Ingram substation. Charged with completing a new substation consisting of a 18MW transformer with the future expansion of a second 18MW transformer and a mobile transformer hookup, the station design included site development, one 18MVA transformer, four current and two future distribution bays, bus regulation, and a self-contained control house. Using SEL relays an overcurrent, transformer differential and bus differential scheme was developed and programmed in each protection devices. We also provided all construction management and the complete commissioning for the station.
