A North American newsprint facility was seeking onsite engineering support to develop, to implement, and to manage capital projects. With Fisher Arnold’s multi-disciplinary engineering team having a variety of industry experience, support was easily found.Working with Mill personnel, we serve to clarify project concepts and goals to develop firm project scopes, specifications, and bid packages. This documentation becomes the basis for project cost / ROI estimates and appropriation of funds requests.Ultimately, Mill Leadership and our team worked together in the decision process and mobilized to support and to execute projects. This partnership allows Mill Engineering to focus on day-to-day business objectives and strategic projects while still addressing the infrastructure needs of the site.
