Parkview Heights is an approximately 80-acre mixed-use infill development that transformed a former gravel mine into a vibrant residential and commercial community. The project was carefully planned to reclaim the site while preserving and integrating existing geographic features and drainage patterns into the overall development design.
The development includes 130 single-family residential lots, 112 senior-oriented condominium units, and complementary office and retail spaces designed to support the growing community. Fisher Arnold provided a comprehensive range of services, including land use planning, site planning, surveying, architectural theme development, preparation of covenants and restrictions, and rezoning support. Through thoughtful planning and design, Parkview Heights converted an underutilized property into a sustainable mixed-use destination that contributes to the continued growth of Olive Branch.
