Schedule

This is a full-time, in office position structured over a 40-hour workweek across four extended days and a half day on Fridays.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to building an inclusive, high performing workforce.
  • Experience designing or supporting career pathing and succession planning programs.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating talent.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, hiring trends, and applicant tracking practices.
  • Ability to prepare job offers, negotiate employment terms, and guide smooth onboarding experiences.
  • A caring and supportive interpersonal approach
