FedEx Golden Triangle

We were engaged to provide the design, construction drawings, and specifications for the new FedEx Golden Triangle Ramp in Memphis, Tennessee. The project consisted of constructing a 6,040 square foot support building along with 7 aircraft parking gates adjacent to Taxiway November. Services provided on the 31-acre site included grading, drainage, utilities, underdrain, pavement design, erosion control, architectural design, lighting, and phasing plans to coordinate with FedEx Operations and Memphis and Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) Operations.  Drainage Structure Design was a significant part of the project and included over 600 linear feet of box culverts, specialty drainage structures included a sluice gate closure structure, junction box, and headwall and wingwall culvert termination.
