Fisher Arnold, working with the Town of Arlington, is updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan as related to land use, zoning, and transportation. This update was precipitated by the tremendous growth that the Town has experienced in the last 8 to 10 years. Fisher Arnold conducted public hearings with the community, discussed future goals and vision for the Town and analyzed existing growth and development patterns for the Town. Based on community input and expected future growth patterns, new land use recommendations and proposed land use were developed.
