
F&A completed the Title V Permit Application for a West Tennessee oil refinery with substantial daily crude oil throughput. A thorough evaluation determined that numerous sources were exempted as insignificant activities. The permit application included a review of 17 source specific conditions and 7 record keeping conditions. Extensive federal, state and local air regulatory review was completed. Other applicable requirements such as the anticipated impact of the refinery Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) rule and the proposed Continuous Air Monitoring (CAM) rule were also included.
