categories, full time employees, solvent purchase details, waste disposal facility, records of potential spills or product inventory discrepancies, nature of storage, consumption details, location of all activities and visual observation of potential staining or spillage, design specifications of equipment, nature of secondary containment, if any,and evidence of cracked flooring or poorly maintained joints. The inspections closely followed standards promulgated by the Tennessee Dry Cleaning Environmental Response Program (DCERP). F&A is an approved consultant in this program. F&A has completed numerous ground water assessments and remedial action evaluations for Memphis-are retail properties.



F&A has completed site assessments for Memphis-area commercial/retail properties. The assessments have involved both standard site assessments utilizing ASTM Standards and detailed audits, whereby facility operations are evaluated. On behalf of the client, F&A completed two facility inspections of present and past dry cleaning facilities. Due to a discovery of subsurface impact that may have been related to the operations, the inspections were requested to identify conditions that could be addressed as a potential source of the impact.
As a Tennessee Dry Cleaning Corrective Action Contractor (DCAC), the inspections included review of the following facility features: number of dry cleaning and transfer units, information related to past waste streams and
