F&A completed a Phase I ESA for a local bank interested in completing a loan on a 46-acre property, which included considerable acreage under crop production. The property included a residence and rural access and setting. Some disposal was identified, but viewed to be minor. The study concluded that no Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) were identified. The findings and report were completed in time for a prompt closing by the bank.
