F&A has provided air pollution permit compliance consulting for a manufacturer of glass spheres for a variety of reflective and industrial applications. F&A assisted the facility in addressing terms of an Agreed Order for violations of the existing air pollution permit. F&A assisted the facility's personnel in developing the Fugitive Dust Plan and oversaw its implementation, prepared the annual Emissions Inventory Questionnaires, prepared the Title V (major source) renewal application and reviewed the draft permit to assure favorable permit conditions, and performed site inspections with regulators.
