| Gene M. Bailey and George Mayo, Senior Managers with Fisher & Arnold Environmental recently made presentations to the Memphis Chapter of the Risk Management Association. Mr. Bailey and Mr. Mayo presented remarks on the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process during a seminar entitled “Environmental Risk for Bankers 101”. Mr. Bailey presented an Overview of Environmental Studies, which included a discussion of the new Small Business Administration SOP 50-10(5) Standard for Environmental Assessments. Mr. Mayo presented a discussion on the site visit during assessments. This discussion focused on Section 9 of the ASTM Standard E1527-05. Ms. Debbie Wood, VP Commercial Lending with M&F Bank and Memphis Chapter Officer, commented that the remarks were well received. |
