Fisher & Arnold assisted the City of Columbia in project design and preparation of a Categorical Exclusion for greenway and streetscape improvements for the Tennessee Duck River Greenbelt project. The project modified existing pedestrian circulation patterns to meet with current ADA requirements and provided solutions for extreme transitions in topography relating to sidewalks and trails.
