Fisher & Arnold was selected by the City of Lakeland, TN to design a new alignment for the existing Canada Road to alleviate increasing traffic flow, increase safety, and for further economic development of the area. The design process includes preparation of an Environmental Assessment and incorporating Context Sensitive Solutions principals to select the least intrusive corridor to existing residential, ecological, cultural, and environmental concerns.
