F&A Environmental completed a comprehensive asbestos survey and Design Specifications and Bid Documents for the abatement of a University student building. The project was completed on behalf of the State level education Board, with the local school representing the tenant. The survey and removal documents were completed for the 160,000 square foot, multi-level building in a timely and successful fashion.

The asbestos removal project was bid under budget and completed on time for the demolition of the building. The overall project involved the construction of a new facility and the asbestos project representative a critical path element.
